How to Refresh a Dining Room
Redecorating a dated dining room the easy way. Sometimes, less is more when it comes to styling a formal traditional dining room.
In this case, I removed the tablecloth and just used a simple sophisticated runner. The biggest change was removing the wallpaper. A simple extra-large painting is all that is needed for a focal point. The centerpiece echoes the structure of the flower on the painting.
My favorite table setting is a plate, and a bowl topped with a napkin. A setting like this gives dimension so the composition doesn’t look flat.
This dining room keeps its traditional theme, as requested by the homeowner, but has a more updated feel. I can help you redecorate and freshen up while keeping your true style theme? Use the contact us page or give me a call.
